2008-07-19 | 航空垄断-捍卫乘客自己的权益

最近几天上海-深圳往返的航班经常无故晚点，对于那些几乎每天都穿梭于两地的商务人士来说可就苦了： 侯机大厅一等就是3-5个钟头，更有甚者被关进机舱蒸桑拿2-3个小时。
东方航空最为垃圾，几乎就没有正点起飞过，航班晚点或者取消提供的食宿也是几大航空公司里面最差的，而且更离谱的是前段时间闹的沸沸扬扬的东航几十名驾驶员集体返航的恶劣事迹。搞不清楚东航什么样的企业文化能造就如此不把乘客安全利益放在心上的机组人员。所以我认为东方航空这样下去肯定早晚破产，没有人愿意乘坐它的航班，最起码在我们公司东航已经进入了黑名单。所以东方航空的股价铁定要跌。
中国国航还可以，一般也很少听说国航的航班有新闻， 股票应该还行，反正我投诉之后他们赔了200块钱。
上海航空算是相当不错，服务也很到位，我投诉第二天竟然主动给我打电话赔了100块钱。但不清楚为什么它要和东方航空共享某些航班代码，这下好了好名声也快被东航给毁了（我这次投诉的FM9372就是和MU 代码共享的）
以下是我在几个同事出离愤怒之后与航空票务代理人的严正交涉，作为旅客我们要捍卫自己的权益，不能让自己的时间被航空公司白白浪费在机场。如果你的航班晚点了请及时投诉索赔，让他们也知道下啥叫责任和义务：
Dear Travel Agent,
We are very angry for the severely delayed flights and followed with the airline's arrogant service:
Last night Mr.Schmitt took the flight of CA930 leaving from Shanghai Pudong for Shenzhen, the scheduled time is 18:35-20:30 15 July, but unfortunetly he waited till 21:30 the plane was still in Pudong airport, nobody gave a exact explanation what happened and nobody tell when the plane could take off. Mr.Schmitt had to turn back home and took the early morning flight from Hongqiao to Shenzhen today. The funny thing is the CA Airline informed his status of ' NO SHOW' and informed Mr.Schmitt must go to the PVG CA Counter to get a stamp(Certificate) eitherwise they can not return the ticket for free.
Such stories almost happened on all of our colleagues , it was also yersterday Mr.Abrol's flight(FM9372 Shenzhen-Shanghai Hongqiao) delayed with 2 hours after boarding & pulling boarding door away, last time again the worse experience was sitting in the plane for 4 hours.
On this case, we request our travel agent bargaining with the airline company, it is the Airline Company's fault they should come to our office and make the stamp, eitherwise as the ticket service provider you should offer the service.
Meanwhile, I also checked on internet and get some information on the Avigation Law, the airline company should pay the compensation to the passengers as if the flight was delayed due to their own reason. Refer to http://www.aviationlaw.com.cn please.
